Rutherford County Schools will observe a remote learning day for students and an optional teacher workday for employees on Monday, February 2. Remote work is authorized for eligible employees.

Rutherford County Schools will operate on a one-hour delay on Friday, January 30, so that the morning commute occurs during daylight hours for improved visibility. School buses will not travel on roads that remain substantially affected by packed ice or refreezing.
