This announcement is to inform you of immunization requirements that will impact rising 7th grade students. Students entering 7th grade in North Carolina are required to have one dose of Tdap vaccine and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine. An up-to-date immunization record indicating that your student has received these required immunizations is due by the first day of attendance for the upcoming school year. Please contact your health care provider or local health department to make arrangements for your student to receive these vaccines.
