Tuesday, April 30 is an early dismissal day for students. Students will be dismissed at 11:45 on April 30.
The 8th Grade Formal will be Friday, May 3 from 5:00-7:00. Dress code is semi-formal. Tickets to are $15. in order for 8th graders to be eligible to attend the 8th Grade Formal Dance on May 3, they must have no full-days in ISS or any OSS beginning April 15.
We will host an orientation for incoming 6th graders on Thursday, May 2 from 5:00-6:00. This will be an opportunity for our future 6th grade Vikings to learn about middle school, our schedule and routines, curriculum, sports and club opportunities, and to take a tour of the building. Food trucks will be on site that evening, plus we will have Viking apparel for sale.

End of Grade Testing and End of Course Testing is coming up soon. Students' EOG / EOC scores count for 20% of their final grade for those courses. We will also use these scores to place students into classes for the 2024-25 school year. Testing dates are as follows:
Tuesday, May 14 - 7th Grade Reading EOG
Wednesday, May 15 - 6th and 8th Grade Reading EOG
Thursday, May 16 - 7th Grade Math EOG
Friday, May 17 - 6th and 8th Grade Math EOG / 8th Grade Math 1 EOC
Tuesday, May 21 - 8th Grade Science EOG
