On Monday, 8th graders will learn about a summer opportunity that will give them a Jump Start into high school. Jump Start is a 2-week program from July 8th - July 19th that focuses on preparing your student for this transition. Find the link on the erms.rcsnc.org webpage for JumpStart to learn more about the program and apply. Applications will be accepted until March 28th.
We will celebrate "Read Across America" with a spirit week this week. Students and faculty are encouraged to participate in each of the themed days listed below:
Monday, March 4 - Silly Socks for "Fox in Sox"
Tuesday, March 5 - Wear Green for "Green Eggs and Ham"
Wednesday, March 6 - Dress Wacky Tacky for "Wacky Wednesday"
Thursday, March 7 - Dress as your favorite Dr. Seuss character for "Theodore Thursday"
Friday, March 8 - Wear a destination shirt for "Oh the Places You Will Go"
There will be NO Drama Club on Tuesday, March 5.
The Middle School Battle of the Books competition will take place on Friday, March 8 at the Cool Springs County Office Board Room
