There will be no school on Monday, October 23 due to a Teacher Workday.
Our 7th grade team is sponsoring our first dance of the year on Thursday, October 26 from 3:00-4:30. Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grader who is in good behavior standing may attend. Students who receive a whole day of In School Suspension (ISS) or any days of Out of School Suspension (OSS) between October 2 - October 26 are NOT eligible to attend the dance. Students may wear costumes at the dance, but not during the regular school day. Costumes must be appropriate and should not have face coverings (mask) or hoods, and may not include any type of pretend (or real) weapon. Tickets for the dance are $5 each and may be purchased from homeroom teachers beginning Tuesday, October 24.
After school Homework Help is offered Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00-4:00 this week. There will be no Homework Help this Thursday due to the dance.

Our 8th graders will be going on a field trip this Friday, October 27 as part of the McNair Connect Tour. They will visit local businesses and hear from speakers to learn about possible career opportunities. ALL students must have a signed permission form submitted in order to attend the trip. There is no cost to this trip.
